When I click on the google chrome icon at the bottom of my screen, the loading ring thing pops up next to the mouse and then nothing happens so I have to use shitty internet explorer! Anyways I can get google chrome back?

I'm not sure what the problem is, but it appears that your computer is not letting Google Chrome start.
It may be that your anti-virus is blocking Chrome. Check the setting on your antivirus and firewall.
