hello i am wondering about my site BLACKMAXIDRESS.ORG i have found that it is duplicated in alot of sites at copyscape.com about 19 words matching 3% of my site and guess what it is just (Powered by WordPress Theme designed by Jinwen, valid CSS 2.1 & XHTML 1.0) is that will affect my ranking in google please? and how much is acceptable in google duplicated content rate ?! thanks you

Google most likely ignores that whole blurb. I wouldn't worry about it.
