Me and this girl had a conversation in Facebook through the messenger app. And I don't want anyone to see them if they look in her phone. So if I delete or block her as a friend will the messages we sent to each other disappear off her phone? Will they be able to tell it me even though I blocked her?

No The Messages Will Not Go Away it Will Just Remove your Profile Picture and Say Facebook User Thats About it

removing her as a friend wont help, blocking her wont help, not even deleting your account will help - there is no way for you to remove the messages from her account
