My instagram account shows that I am following less people than I was yesterday and I didn't unfollow anyone. Also, it show that someone has blocked me when they didn't. Why is this happening? What should I do?

just follow the people back and have the person unblock you

There is a bug going around on instagram for the past few days try loging out and back in and go onto your followers/who your following if this doesn't help then im not sure...
