I was just wondering what Oekaki was and I found this website interesting, though I'm not sure if I should sign up. It doesn't seem legit.

It looks harmless enough you upload your Artwork, obvously you have to give your Email to register, but its not as if your purchasing anything, considering FB bad press and security issues in the past, I would say its less risky. The name is Japanese.
