I want it so bad but I want to use instagram, record videos and upload pictures on it!If there's not the application available for this phone, do you know any other low priced smartphones of 200euros or so that support both vine and instagram apps with 4g network, 8mp camera and relatively low SAR?I'm open to suggestions!

yes 920 supports instagram, 6tag, vine. its a good phone

No it doesnt it has instagram like apps and it has vine I would recommend the moto g its only 3g speeds but its the best bang for your buck

Please check the windows app store there is Instagram available, even i have installed Instagram in my Lumia 720 ( * and it is from instagram itself not a third party)
