I mean I have installed the Network card and everything. All I need is internet connection. The Host computer has XP in it.

On the XP computer go to start, control panel, network and internet connections, setup or change your internet connection.
Go through the motions and make sure to let the wizaerd know that other computers will connect to the internet through this computer. If the computer has two network connectors, you may want "bridge" the connection.
Once that is done, the internet connection wizard from 98 should be able to find the internet.
