Yes, the photos,status etc will be shown to them that Natasha added this and this. It will be only shown to your friends.
If you change it to public so every person will be able to see you what you have posted.

No, not to display like you change your privacy.
But on your profile, those thing are visible that restrict by some privacy.
So don't worry.

yes it will appear ON your timeline. But you can also remove some tags and photos from your time. They will be available in your profile's photo folder but will not appear on your time line. If you made anything " friend" it will be visible to your every friend of facebook.
