Hello,
We are running a few websites on Amazon S3 and Single Hop VPS. They loads up very nice and quickly for U.S. visitors.

However, it loads noticeably slower for visitors in China. Is there any other methods to improve the speed?

1. We are open to having a hosting server in China as well, but not sure how to go about it
2. The website does have video content , streaming through http

The less the web site makes folk load the quicker it becomes. Strip the site of any unnecessary complications.

Depends on how slow. If you mean it's like slightly longer, than that's latency and can't be fixed really since that's just how fast information can travel Smile On the other hand, you should upgrade your service. I don't know too much about it though.
