You can say they are not giving the whole story in their advertisements, it's really more like a casino than a conventional auction, for every buyer who gets something for 1/10 it's list price there are 10 who paid nearly the same amount in bids with nothing to show fir it.
The biggest BBB complaint: their $60 signup deposit requirement. They maintain an A- rating for responding to complaints.
