I download games on Steam and it averages at about 600-700 kb/s with peaks over 946.

you mean you getting this speed on your browser while you downloading??? s0 700 KBPS means 700 x 3600 = 2460 MB = AROUND 2.4 GB is downloaded in an hour that's great speed for me because i get only 62 KBPS so i can only download 217 mb in one hour and i pay monthly around 13 $
i hope your bandwidth plan will be 5 MBPS rite?? that is faster plan

I think average is 2000-6000kbps, with 6000-10000kbps being faster than average,but not fast. 4000kbps downloads about 1.8gb an hour
