Lots of friends have made instagrams on my instagram app on my iPhone in the past. Now, I want to make a new account, but instagram says that too many users were registered on my phone, so I can't make a new account. Will just deleting the app from my phone and then reinstalling it allow me to make another account on my phone? Or is this message permanent? Help!

if you delete the app then re install it it should solve your problem. but it does depend on what type of os your phone is running
