I using yahoo more than 5 years thz yahoo… but now days yahoo was totally collapse I couldn't send or receive mail properly (I’m using Google chrome) what do I do now ??

It is possible that you simply have a bad cache file; Yahoo is infamous for corrupting cache files, for some reason. Clearing cache fixes a lot of the issues they have.
Sign out, clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then RESTART (essential) the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-15.html .
Beyond that, be sure that java, flash and your browser are updated. Or try a different browser.
