how can I share internet connection(dsl using username and password) in my local area network?

make your dsl connection the shared connection by selecting "share internet" from advanced properties for this connection , the other connection in this computer should be with empty IP address and subnet/gateway , it will have 192.168.0.1 IP with 255.255.255.0 subnet mask automaticly, connect the other PC to this connection by a crossover UTP cable ( or with trait cable if you are using a switch between the tow PC's ) and also let it with an empty IP/subnetmask/gateway , it will get a it from the first PC by DHCP and it will be able to access the internet from the first one .
