You can either send a direct message to those who messaged you or just send a general tweet for those who are your followers....
If someone is following you...click on who's following me....there will be a list of followers.....then you will see 3 boxes (grayish black) in the far right hand column....click on the far right one...and then click on send message....pretty simple....
If you want to send a general tweet to all your followers....just sing in.....then in the big box in front of you send details out with links if you have them....then click send.....it is now tweeted to all of your followers....
