well this may sound pretty corny or whatever but start or RT a follow train . follow people & ask for a follow back . verify yourself as #TeamFollowBack. it sounds really cheesy but it worked for me . Good Luck

It's not hard to get twitter followers, even without tools, if you know where to advertise your page. Take a look at this tutorial:
