she posted on her facebook page so she didn't bother even to tell me personally . we haven't move in together yet but she leaves some of her stuff at my apartment

how am I over reacting , she is going for a week on a work trip to another city with other guys , the only reason she didn't tell me in person most likely she was too afraid of my reaction.

Before you even think of breaking up with her, you and her need to talk first. Ask her why she didn't tell you beforehand and if there is something else going on~ Maybe this work trip of hers is going to take a while and it might be too hard for her to leave you for that period of time. You won't know until you guys talk.

I can understand why your mad. She reakky could have told you first instead of you finding out on facebook is kinda sad honestly. As far as breaking up with her I wouldnt nut ill definitely sit her down and talk to her about being courteous in letting you know what moves will be.
