No, there is no possible way. It's always going to remain a mystery. Nobody will ever know who did or didn't. Also, don't bother with any applications on facebook claiming to do such a thing, as you will only get phished, spammed, scammed or fleeced. It's not even worth clicking them either.

I used it but it doesn't really show who viewed your profile, some of the numbers are your friend's who you chat with often. But if you find someone you don't know it MIGHT be because they viewed your profile.
