Do you know where this interview or video is from? If not please dont answer. Thanks so much I just want to know where this is from or where he said it at. I saw people post it on twitter but I cant actually find him saying this. Please help me and thanks a lot!

One good tell-tale clue I used to try and find it was the misspelling of his name in
the Source: ''@justinbiebor". Â Unfortunately, after 10 minutes, I still couldn't find it.
It's also quite possible that the image is not from a video, but just a fan's creation.
