Your ''Cache'' (Temp Internet Files), Virtual Memory, and/or "PageFiling" are near-full
and cannot take anymore.  Simply delete your Cache (plus "Cookies" and "History"),
then clear your Memory with a shutdown & reboot.  Afterwards, you will freak at how
fast and non-lagging your YouTube will be.

The other thing you should do between your shutdown & reboot is turn off (or unplug)
both your modem + router for about 30 seconds -- and then turn them back on again.
This will wipe any 'kinks/static' that may have occurred in-between your ISP and you.
Think of it as ''refreshing'' your internet connection.  (Note: it doesn't matter how or in
what order you do this:  unplug or switch-off; modem then router; router then modem;
both at the same time; etc.)
