Any fix for inconsistent ability to assign contacts to lists in Yahoo mail? - 556 - 05-09-2014 10:31 AM
Add a new contact to Yahoo mail and attempt to save it to an email distribution list. Yahoo mail says it is saving the list preference and then does not do so. Occasionally with a new contact it will be successful with the list assignment but more times than not it fails. Have tried to assign in both Explorer and Google Chrome with same result. Help is appreciated!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. At this time I'm not able to replicate this error, however. You should be able to save a contact to a specific list without trouble. This may be happening due to an issue with your web browser. As a first step, please try going through the following browser troubleshooting procedures and let us know if the issue persists:
