I use both Facebook and Twitter a lot and was wondering what app I can use to use both of them at the same time and I want it to be able to post,view and send messages on also the device I use is an iPod 4

Tweetdeck, it's originally for twitter but you can also connect other social media to it and see specific posts from Facebook. Also, if you get like a DM or a private message on Facebook, they show up separately per person and you just need to tap/click them to reply.
