I need help .. i want to say ... birthday this month , time to get turned up ... but i dont want y o sound dumb so please anybody helpp!!

Maybe don't say anything. I know you're excited about your birthday but if you mention it then it's just going to look like you're attention seeking. Everybody has a birthday and people don't really get that excited about other people's birthdays. Especially if you're just announcing that your birthday is this month.
Just make sure that you have filled in the birthday section of your profile correctly so that people will get a reminder that it's your birthday on the day. If you're going to have a party or something then you could make an event page. That would be a more appropriate place to talk about your birthday.
Personally, I'd just wait until the day after your birthday when people have commented on your wall and then thank them for their birthday wishes and tell them you had a great day.
