i'm doing the marketing for a spanish restaurant in brighton, i'm going to business meetings, have website sorted, twitter and FB and advertising with the local paper and magazines. any out of the box marketing ideas? - and or what would make you come to a spanish restaurant?

I like Spanish restaurants that have live music, like a Mariachi band! Also, you should buy a giant fake taco and put it on a roof/ledge! I would love that!

Number one thin to stay away from is to go too cheesy don't do anything cheesy like a huge taco bur you Also have to make it fun it's a balance you have to work out

Host events at the spot; people want to go where something is happening..
Also everyone is going green, try promoting the restaurant as green driven

I guess the previous answerers were confused with Mexican. I would go for paella or a scallop ceviche . Try flyers. I have used them successfully and personally always look at them when I take them off the car window or screen door.
