Quality content is the number one driver of your search engine rankings and there is no substitute for great content. You’ve probably noticed that we feel pretty strongly about content. Search engines do, too. Regularly updated content is viewed as one of the best indicators of a site’s relevancy, so be sure to keep it fresh. You can also buy backlinks from SEOclerks, contact a freelancer for a cheap rate.

Beware of answers given by Abigayle. I don't think this person is legitimate. Directs everyone to download a browser hijack or other software that may be malware itself.

check for the following factors:-
1. Fresh and unique content
2. your competitors
3. On-page is done properly(title, sitemap, robots.txt, meta tags)
4. Practice other off-page techniques too( blog posting, blog commenting, social bookmarking, web 2.0 submissions and many more)
