So; i want to add better themes to my google chrome, but it says i need to update it. So; i go to 'about google chrome' & its looking for updates and stuff, but then it says error three, or something like that, so it won't update. If i was to uninstall google chrome; &then reinstall it, would it be upgraded?

You can download new version from http://www.google.com/chrome .
and you dont need to uninstall it.
