Best, supported browser other than chrome? - Jay - 05-10-2014 07:33 AM

I don't like how chrome utilizes the user's info to personalize ads and such. It's just creepy to me that a browser is trying to satisfy me lol. Do all browsers do this?If not, what browser should I use?

You may try Mozilla Firefox, I suggest.

Mozilla Firefox is the best choice after chrome, but i would suggest you stick to chrome, because chrome is very very light as compared to firefox. Also if you feel problem that your browser is trying to gather data, don't sync your data with it, also do not use browser while you are logged in to your gmail account, this way you will able to stop Google chrome from fetching your data for its style and other purposes i.e customization of preferences etc.

I'm not completely sure, but if you want to use Chrome, without the tracking, maybe the open-source version (called Chromium) may not have it: http://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/download-chromium
