So this girl that ive been having little convos with on twitter tweeted that she had a lot going on and no one to talk to about it. I dont have her number. Should I dm her and tell her that she can talk to me or does that come off kinda shallow. I really do wanna talk to her but I dont want to come off as shallow and trying to pick up on her while shes down. Advice on the situation?
