They (your friend) would have to allow it in their security settings, you from your account can't change that.

Go to friends list and clickGo to Privacy Settings
-Click on "Profile"
-Where it says "Friends" make sure it says "Public".

They Should Already Be Able to See it Unless you Set it to Private if you Did you Can Change That By Going to your Friends List Click On the Pencil than Edit Privacy From There you Can Update the Privacy Setting And Set your Friends List to Private

Just click on settings and then select privacy seetings.... now you will find a option saying "who can see your friendlist" just make it public...it will work.
