I love the website and honestly and I do not think you have to change it but that's just my option though

I sincerely don't mean to be rude but there are so many things wrong about this site that it would be very hard to explain them all in detail. You might want to lookinto modern websites and how they are designed. I would put your current style at 1996- 2001 time frame.

Hey buddy, your site seems pretty engaging and informative but little bit of attention is necessary on the designing. You know what, the more catchy your site would be the greater is the chance of driving target audience. So, I would suggest you to work a bit on the designing part to make it more livelier.

Your website design is not too bad but need some tweeking. Arrange the contents in sub category. This will surely improve your website. I'm having a dental website and was concerned about the traffic. Then my friend suggested me the below site to enhance it and it really worked. If you want try it,
