There are countless "2ne tier" ad networks that have a higher level of fraudlent (faked) clicks, but have lower prices, the default click price on 7search.com is 5 cents and can be lowered to 1 cent.

Facebook and PlentyOfFish ads allow unique demographic targeting, instead of keyword targeting.
