I just created a facebook page for my business and I downloaded all of my contacts into 4 csv files in order to upload them to my new FB page. Yesterday i uploaded two of the files and I was going to upload the other two files today but I cant find the "import contacts" button anymore (seems to have disappeared completely) Does FB only let you do this once or something? Thanks

Yes, unfortunately Facebook only allows that to occur once.
