Looking to buy one around Black Friday. But which is the best for Facebook, Instagram and watching Netflix and YouTube (Great Quality Videos.)
I hear good things about:
Kindle Fire HDX
Windows Surface
Nexus 10
Ipad Mini

If you can afford it, the new iPad Air is the best, or the regular iPad.
But of the ones you listed, any would be a good choice although I would avoid the Surface; they aren't selling well.

if you have ac standard router, I recommend Samsung 10.1 Galaxy Tab 2014 Ed. because ac reception will make your streaming experience great.
the new iPad air and new ipad mini has better wifi reception but not as fast as Samsung's.

I would recommend you to get the Nexus 7. It is affordable and it comes with the latest version of Android .

I love the iPad 4,it is great for all the things that you want with an outstanding screen.
