Go to facebook click forgot password then facebook will send u mail , so open ur yahoo mail and click the link that facebook sent you

first make sure u have access that yahoo account that u have associated with facebook than go to facebook click forgot password then facebook will send u mail , so open your yahoo mail and click the link that facebook sent you and than u can chose your new password ........hope this will help
