Facebook is privately held & no shares are trade-able on any stock exchange.
Ownership is spread between Mark Zuckerberg, some other individuals a bunch of Venture Capitalists, and Microsoft has a small parcel.
So by owning Microsoft shares, you are indirectly an owner of Facebook.
