I hope I don't seem too wired with this but this person has a public Facebook account but their statuses don't appear until much later and when they add a photo it will appear in the photo album but not on their timeline until much later? Why is this? It's only for this person?

Probably just a glitch or that it takes sometime for the status and or photo to appear on their timeline.

lots of people are experiencing this
it just means some of the facebook servers are undergoing maintenance - there's nothing you can personally do about it - you just have to wait
