I just created an askfm account so I'm quite new and don't know much about it.
Will someone know if I follow them? What about who follows me?
And I was on home and I saw someone's q&a but I don't follow that person?

When you follow someone they can not see that you follow them, and it's the same vice versa. If one of your followers likes an answer to a question, it will show up in your feed.
