How to delete a FB comment from an outside post? - Nnn - 05-12-2014 03:49 AM
I posted a comment on a website outside of Facebook, although it used my FB account to post it, so my name and face is shown and people can also click on my name. Well, now a bunch of trolls are sending me all sorts of abuse for no reason and I want it to stop. How can I delete this comment if the website gives no option to do so? And if that is impossible, is there any way to hide my FB name and profile from the post? I'm getting so tired of this. I am definitely never posting through FB on an outside website again.... Please help me
Like I said, there seems to be no option on the website to delete it. When I hover over it, there is no "pencil" to edit it. There is only an "X" to report it, like every other post on the site...

hover your mouse over your post on that website, and a little pencil will appear in the top right corner of the comment
click it
then click delete

No way to do it, you just go to with your Facebook account and then do it.
