Can you follow anyone on Instagram? Like who you don't really know....I made an instagram 2 days ago. I don't have many friends. Can you follow anyone on instagram? I want more friends but I'm shy and don't want to seem like a stalker...

Let me settle this for you. The correct answer is, yes! People on instagram are open to more followers. The more followers they get, the better known they become, especially those set up with VINE.
So should you follow people you don't know? Sure. In return they can follow you and you may also potentially be known.

Yes but there's a 50/50 chance that some might will not follow you because they don't know you and there some who will follow you just to get their follower up or to reach their goal.
