Lets say that I check my facebook using data 5 times a day and 1 minute every time. I check teamsnap sometimes and my mail everyday 5 times. Is that enough?

depends. If you use on mobile it could be enough, but on PC or laptop its not enough

1 gb a month? Thats more than enough. Trust me you wont even use half of it.

You can't measure data by time. Each web page has a different amount of mb to view. You have more than enough to last you if you have 1GB but make sure you don't constantly connect. I have unlimited internet to stream Netflix, YouTube etc and also download things on the go
