Iphone does not currently provide an FM receiver.
Broadcast radio is only available using a separate device, preferably a portable transistor radio. Other alternatives include iPhone apps that pick up internet based radio, using data streams when you're not connected to wifi; or inexpensive wireless earbud FM receivers that can be bought on amazon.com for around $30.
