i got the coupon code in the mail this morning...it's printed on a $100 gift card and they say to go to http://www.google.ca/ads/adsense. I have no use for it and intend to sell it online. So is this code world wide? It looks like any other google adwords codes.

Yes it will work ONCE world-wide for most likely NEW accounts only.
