I've upgrade my instagram on my samsung note 2 android 4.1.1 Jellybean but i don't have the record button. What's wrong? Help!

For my phone,it took me a while to set it up. Make Sure you updated it. Check again if you did cause I updated mine and it said I had to do it again. It worked after that. If that doesn't work delete the aplenty and redownload it.
