There are a few that were apparently accidentally shipped early, but they are rare. Expect to pay a lot for them. I would contact the seller if you are not sure about the listing, they have good feedback so probably would be happy to answer any questions to make sure you understand exactly what you're buying. (It's a massive pain for the seller if a buyer buys something by mistake and wants to send it back, so it's in his best interests to be honest with you here.)

I doubt that this will arrive on day one because this seller has to buy the Xbox on day one (he is a regular customer, not a big company/retailer), and then ship it on day one or two, and you will probably receive it within a week depending on the shipping. I think what he means is that he will get it on day one and ship it the same day but you will receive it later on. Best to ask the seller just to be sure.
