I started getting lots of pop ups lately so i went through and deleted useless apps and ones that i dont use to see if that will help with all the pop ups, but now when i try to open google chrome or enternet explorer this message pops up-
C:\PROGRA~2\SearchProtect\SearchProtect\bin\SPVC32.dll
"does not run windows, try installing the program" blah blah blah.
What does this mean? after i exit the notification i can still access the internet but that message pops up every time i try open a new web browser.
Did i accidentally uninstall something that i need?

You do NOT just delete programs to begin with. You UNINSTALL them. f you haven't emptied the recycle bin, go back into it and restore those files. Then take a basic computer course. You shouldn't be touching a computer if you know no better.

Start then control panel then click on programs.
