made a purchase from a company advertising on your home page have not received the items and have been charegin my account. is this a true business or have I been taken, do you check the business that advertise through yahoo. I have sent them emails with no response.

Yahoo representatives probably don't check these messages.
Ad networks can't always qualify the thousands of advertisers, but would probably want to hear about it, though it probably takes a number of complaints to get them onto a black list.
The site is 12 years old, so it's no a fly by night, though it's using an Australian registration proxy probably to conceal Chinese ownership.
Looks like the web site name was allowed to lapse has has been taken over by a broker, hence there is no more business to respond to your emails.
Navigating to sunglassesstore.com ends up taking you to the broker snapnames.com (specializing in snapping up names milliseconds after they become available)
