So, the wifi won't show up in my connections options, but all the other computers and devices connect just fine to the same internet. I've tried restarting my computer and unplugging the internet multiple times. What do I do?

You're not clear on what is going on.......but here is something that may help.
Since the other computers can get to the Internet via wifi, then we know that (1) the wifi network is available and working and (2) the internet is also working. You reference "unplugging the internet" - what do you mean? If you mean that your computer is attached to the router via a cable, then you should not have to worry about wifi on your PC at all, since it should be connected via the cable.
