My parents don't let me use facebook anymore because of my friends and they tell me they can see every thing from there computer or iPhone but I think there just trying to scare me so my question is if they can really see all my deleted history from safari.and I delete all my websites from the advanced setting and make sure that I delete cookies too

As you're using Safari, I'm guessing you're using a Mac. Personally, I don't use Macs, so couldn't tell you if deleting files from Safari really deletes, or moves them to the recycle bin. I'm not even sure if browser cache files are excluded from Time Machine.
What I can say, is in future, use the "private browsing" option. It's in Safari's main menu. This deletes all tracks of your session after you turn private browsing off, or close down Safari.

No. They cant see deleted history. My be traces in some other places but usually there is no such chance.
