help for bridging connections for ps3? - Prisonbmichael - 05-14-2014 09:23 AM

Hi. Basically I have a dongle connected to my laptop for internet and I want to connect to the ps3 with an Ethernet cable. I read online that you need to bridge the connections. So I went to network settings on my laptop and selected my t mobile connection and local area connection and right clicked but when i do this no option to bridge connections appears. I also went into both sharing tabs of the connections and unchecked the options in the sharing tabs and tried again. Still no luck. Does any one have any ideas. Also you can use a dongle because people have done this and my ps3 is connected to my laptop with an Ethernet. I also tried the settings on the ps3 network settings. I selected custom and wired connection and automatic for the ip address and not use a proxy but still nothing. Please help. Thanks.
forgot to mention there is also other connection but i don't know what it is it is called hamachi network interface
