No you can't...Facebook is internet based so you need a WiFi connection to access Facebook.

No Facebook require a wifi to access. And because its not a phone it can't have cellular data. If you want to use wifi on the go you need a wifi hotspot from a phone or hotspot device.

NO. You can`t since without WiFi you don`t have any other sources for Internet Connection.The iPod doesn`t have Cellular access so NO.
